• Discord Display Name - Your username as shown in Discord
• Steam ID - Only if you choose to link your Steam account
• Votes - Your voting choices on game submissions
• Game Submissions - Games you submit for group consideration
• Price Alerts - Games you are tracking for price drops

How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to provide PartyUp's core features:

• Coordinating game purchase decisions within your Discord server
• Tracking votes and reaching consensus on game submissions
• Sending price alert notifications when tracked games go on sale
• Detecting game ownership when you link your Steam account

Data Storage

All data is stored locally in a SQLite database on our servers. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

PartyUp integrates with the following third-party services:

• Discord API - For bot functionality and user authentication
• Steam API - For game information, pricing, and ownership detection

Your use of PartyUp is also subject to Discord's and Steam's respective privacy policies.

Data Deletion

Your data is handled as follows:

• Automatic deletion - When PartyUp is removed from a Discord server, all data associated with that server is automatically deleted
• Manual request - You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

PartyUp is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
